  Manager, Customer Service

  Beth manages the Customer Service Team and has been with the agency since 2011. Fully licensed for insurance sales and service, Beth can help customers with commercial or personal lines. She is our "go to" person for compliance, billings and coverage questions. Beth's favorite part of her job is helping customers review the coverage they need at a price they can afford. Beth is a problem solver who looks to provide great service and help to customers. When Beth isn't working, she loves spending time with husband James, and daughters Bri and Bella. Her dedication and compassion make her a valued resource for both customers and her team.

  Hugo is a professional sales agent in our office. He strives to help protect what's most important to customers, while providing insurance knowledge and a great sales experience. In his free time, Hugo enjoys playing with his young son and his dog Zues, homeowner projects, fishing, working out, watching sports, and is a professional musician.

  Preston is a life insurance agent at our Garland office, with over a 2 years experience in the insurance industry. When Preston isn't working, he enjoys raising his son with his wife, spending time with his Great Dane, and staying active with sports such as, golf, and baseball.

  Francisco has the awesome job of helping see our agency runs smoothly. He is a licensed agent and does everything from training workers how to use new technology in our office to talking them through how to communicate more effectively with customers. Francisco’s passion is to help customers manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unexpected - and he does the same for those of us in the office. When Francisco is not at the office, you can find him exploring mother nature with his wife Esperanza and two children Frankie and Alexia.

  Eddie has been with Agency for more than 10 years and has been a top salesperson and sales trainer that entire time. Not only does he help tons of customers to find the best insurance for their needs so that they have protection for what they most love, but he is instrumental in helping our other sales agents reach their goals. When Eddie isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his two boys. Eddie and his sons enjoy watching Ice Hockey (Go Stars - and call Eddie if you have an extra game ticket) Professional Wrestling, and working on cars. He loves his dogs!

  Delia is our most tenured professional with more than 15 years with the agency. Over the years, Delia has become a great resource for our team and customers. She has experience in sales as well as service. Delia loves helping customers find coverage that meets their needs and informing them about insurance as their trusted Allstate representative. When Delia isn't working, she is busy being the Mom of a high school senior, playing soccer, watching live sports, and spending quality time with her family.

What Brandy loves most about representing Allstate is developing strong, and lasting relationships with customers and offering coverage choices available.   Jacky joined the agency in 2023 after 10 years in insurance customer service. She is fluent in Spanish and English and focuses on creating tailored coverage options to meet each customer's unique needs. The part of her job that is most enjoyable is personalizing services to help customers feel supported and understood. Jacky has a passion for music and culture and attended her first concert at age 6 when she experienced the legendary Selena performing live. Outside of work and music, Jacky has a strong appreciation for gourmet cuisine and enjoys exploring new flavors and culinary experiences.

  Jennifer is licensed in both Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance. She joined the agency after many years of handling claims, customer service and new sales with another company. Jennifer and her husband live with their daughter in North Richland Hills. When she is not helping customers navigate their insurance needs, Jennifer is busy with her family - usually watching her daughter in soccer competitions.

Outside of work, Jan is a mother and grandmother and a proud dog lover. She particularly enjoys shopping for her grandkids, always finding the perfect little something to brighten their day.
