Love the workout!
The most supportive and motivating staff! It is an hour full of fun and sweat! I have worked out muscles I didn't know I could work out. Definitely a great place to attend if you want to lose weight or just go have a get away from your daily routine. I have lost 7lbs since I started June 1st.

Lovie It!
I absolutely love the atmosphere and you get an awesome workout in! The instructors are enthusiastic and keep you motivated throughout the whole class. If you are looking for something different than your regular “gym” then ILoveKickboxing is the place to be!
